I recently heard this catchy term while in a sales training. What a wonderful way to look at goals. The term was coined by Diana Scharf Hunt. (I don’t know who she is, but Google says she made it up! – so I’ll give her credit too cuz it works for me.  I’m looking for her to link her quote to her website, but can’t find her. )

Diana Scharf  Hunt wrote two books that tons of people reference, mostly because of this brilliant statement.
